Breakfast Casserole with Sausage
Super easy and delicious. Assemble, bake, serve!

Directions

INGREDIENTS:

2 Pounds TVF Pork Sausage (breakfast)

12 TVF eggs

1 Cup sour cream

1/4 Cup milk

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1 Cup chopped vegetables of your choice (mushrooms, peppers, brocoli, etc)

2 Cups shredded cheese of your choice (cheddar, swiss, etc)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Grease a 9x13 baking pan
  2. Whisk eggs, sour cream, milk, salt & pepper in a bowl
  3. Cook the sausage in a large skillet until browned.  Drain fat.  Then add to egg mixture.
  4. Add the chopped vegetables and stir to combine.
  5. Pour mixture into prepared dish and cook for 35-50 minutes until the center is almost completely set (it should be a tiny bit jiggly in the center when you remove it)
  6. Rest casserole for 10 minutes before serving
