Cast-Iron Bone In Pork Chops

This simple recipe packs an unbelievable amount of flavor! It's perfect for a weeknight or special occasion. Serve with wild rice pilaf and green vegetable for a beautiful plate.
Directions
INGREDIENTS:
4 Tierra Verde Farms bone-in pork loin chops
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp ground mustard
1/2 tsp salt/pepper
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp butter
2 sprigs rosemary
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix paprika, thyme, mustard, salt & pepper in a small bowl
- Pat the pork chops dry and sprinkle spice mixture on them, rubbing it in to adhere
- Heat a cast-iron pan on medium-high heat, add olive oil, and sear the chops for 2-3 minutes on both sides.
- Add butter and rosemary into the pan and move to the hot oven for 12-15 minutes.
- Remove the chops and ladle melted butter over them and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
