Classic Deviled Eggs

Summer picnic classic, but great go-to high protein snack for anytime!!
Directions
CLASSIC DEVILED EGGS
12 Large Tierra Verde Farms Eggs
1/3 Cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons cider vinegar (or pickle relish, diced pickles, or any vinegar-based product)
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
Salt and Pepper to taste
Paprika to sprinkle
Instructions:
- 1. Boil the eggs. Add eggs to medium saucepan and cover with cold water. Boil for 8 minutes. Remove from heat and add to ice bath.
- 2. Peel the eggs.
- 3. Cut if half and remove yolks to separate bowl.
- 4. Add remainder of ingredients to yolks (expect paprika) and mix well.
- 5. Fill egg white halves with yolk mixture (easiest to add yolk mixture to plastic sandwich bag and cut tip of bag to act like a spout and squeeze mixture into egg halves)
- 6. Sprinkle with paprika and enjoy!
