Strip Loin Roast

A delicious beef roast that requires little prep and tastes amazing. This is perfect for a holiday dinner or an open house. Serve sliced with au Jus or horseradish cream. Consider some fresh buns for those inclined to make a sandwich.
Directions
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 TVF Strip Loin Roast
- Montreal Steak Seasoning
DIRECTIONS:
- Heat oven to 400 degrees
- Remove excess fat and score the crown (this prevents the roast from curling up. into a ball while roasting)
- Liberally coat roast in Montreal steak seasoning.
- Place roast on a rack in a roasting pan. LIne the pan with parchment paper and an inch of water to prevent smoke and flares.
- Roast until internal temperature is 125 for rare, 130 for medium rare
- Rest 20-30 minutes before slicing (do not skip this step)!
