Strip Loin Roast
A delicious beef roast that requires little prep and tastes amazing. This is perfect for a holiday dinner or an open house. Serve sliced with au Jus or horseradish cream. Consider some fresh buns for those inclined to make a sandwich.

Directions

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 1 TVF Strip Loin Roast
  2. Montreal Steak Seasoning

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Remove excess fat and score the crown (this prevents the roast from curling up. into a ball while roasting)
  3. Liberally coat roast in Montreal steak seasoning.
  4. Place roast on a rack in a roasting pan.  LIne the pan with parchment paper and an inch of water to prevent smoke and flares.
  5. Roast until internal temperature is 125 for rare, 130 for medium rare
  6. Rest 20-30 minutes before slicing (do not skip this step)!
