Directions
INGREDIENTS:
2 pounds TVF Chicken Thighs-Bone In
Salt & Pepper
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
3 Tbsp Butter, melted
3 Tbsp Hot Sauce
1 Lime
3 Tbsp TVF Honey
DIRECTIONS:
- Heat the oven to 425 degrees. Season the chicken all over with salt, pepper, onion & garlic powders. Arrange skin side up on a baking sheet lined with foil. Roast in the oven until browned (about 20 minutes)
- While the chicken is roasting, combine the melted butter and hot sauce. Put 1/2 of the mixture aside in a separate bowl. After the chicken has roasted for 20 minutes, brush with the hot sauce mixture that you are not saving. Continue roasting an additional 10-15 minutes (internal temperature 165)
- Zest the lime, then cut in half and juice the lime. Add the honey, 1 tsp lime zest, and the lime juice to the reserved hot sauce mixture and whisk to combine. Brush over/dump over the chicken thighs before serving.
